The Internet has changed
our ways of work.

Need for Speed

The speed of change forces organizations to fundamentally change their working culture, their thinking, and old habits.

Design thinking, agile development, and traditional business planning can no longer be separate: change is too fast.

Existing ways of working, thinking, and leading simply don’t work.

Lean Service Creation

Lean Service Creation is our 15+ years of experience in three words. During those years we have successfully applied the best practices of design, user-centric approach, lean thinking, agile development, and startup mentality.

Now we have put our knowledge and expertise together into a set of tools, practices and actions. We have distilled it all to a set of posters we call canvasses. They ask all the right questions at the right moment.

Why Futurice?

We have for over 15 years created successful digital services. We are also the only organization in Europe that has won the Great Place to Work award twice. During these years we have constantly made a huge effort to learn, learn, learn and not to settle for the status quo.

We have realized that success is as much about the company culture as about tools and knowledge. In Lean Service Creation (LSC) we bring together our experiences of building a successful company culture and creating successful digital business.

Coaching

Futurice offers LSC coaching in the form of cultural change programs. We have transformed the thinking, doing, and business of large companies, e.g., in the energy sector, logistics, and telecommunications. Our coaching is all about doing real business in a new way in close co-operation with the top executives of the company. Here are our coaches.

Hanno Nevanlinna
